PCE WR is a high performance water reducer with some retardation properties which can be applied to high risers and large size buildings requiring long-term workability with slump retention without any negative effect of setting time.  PCE is a high molecular weight modified Polycarboxylic Ether based concrete plasticizer for production of high Grade quality concrete.
